This policy explains how Next Role Brief collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, purchase a service, or send us job-search materials.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, resume, employment history, education, professional accomplishments, target job postings, correspondence, and other information you choose to provide. Stripe processes payment-card and billing information. Next Role Brief does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, and deliver the services you purchased.
- Communicate about your order, questions, revisions, refunds, or support needs.
- Maintain business, payment, security, and tax records.
- Protect the service from fraud, misuse, or legal claims.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that support payment processing, email, document storage, and website hosting, including Stripe, Google, and our hosting providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or users. We do not sell your personal information.
Resume and job-search materials
Your resume and related materials are treated as confidential and used only to provide your order, communicate with you, maintain necessary records, and resolve disputes. We do not publish your materials or use them as public examples without your separate permission.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support revisions, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of eligible materials by emailing us. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, or other information that is unnecessary for resume services.
Website data
Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, and access logs to operate and secure their services. Next Role Brief does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting jrowan@nextrolebrief.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
