Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you purchase or use services from Next Role Brief. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
The service
The 3-Role Application Pack includes the deliverables listed on the purchase page for one customer, one current resume, and up to three target job postings. Work is based on the materials and information you provide.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing all final documents, and confirming dates, titles, contact information, accomplishments, and other factual claims before using them. Next Role Brief will not knowingly invent credentials or experience.
Delivery timing
The next-business-day delivery window begins only after payment is complete and all required materials have been received. Materials received on weekends or recognized U.S. holidays are treated as received on the next business day. If information is missing or clarification is required, the delivery window may pause until you respond.
Revisions
Your package includes one reasonable revision round requested within seven calendar days after delivery. Submit revision requests as one consolidated list. A new target role, new job posting, major strategy change, or information provided after delivery may require a separate purchase.
Refunds
You may request a full refund before customized work begins. Once Next Role Brief has started reviewing, writing, tailoring, or recording work for your order, the purchase is nonrefundable. If we cannot complete the purchased service, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered work.
No employment guarantee
Next Role Brief provides document preparation and career guidance. We do not guarantee applicant-tracking-system results, interviews, job offers, compensation, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions remain with employers.
Use of deliverables
After full payment, you may use and modify the customized final deliverables for your personal job search. Next Role Brief retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, branding, and internal tools. You may not resell or present those underlying materials as a competing service.
Confidentiality and privacy
We handle your materials according to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, passwords, Social Security numbers, or financial-account credentials.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Role Brief is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
